Refund Policy

PO Boxes We are currently unable to deliver to PO boxes. Please ensure you provide a valid physical address when placing your order so we can get your date candies to you without any issues.

Order Cancellations Once an order has been processed, cancellations are no longer possible. Orders may be processed anywhere from immediately to within 48 hours of being placed. If you need to request a cancellation, please reach out to us at indulge@em-date.com as soon as possible so we can check the status of your order.

Address Corrections Address changes can only be made prior to an order being processed, which may occur anywhere between immediately and up to 48 hours after purchase. If you've noticed an error in your shipping address, please contact us at indulge@em-date.com right away so we can look into it before your order ships.

Shipping We typically ship orders within 1–2 business days of purchase. To ensure timely delivery and minimize weekend delays, we dispatch orders Monday through Wednesday.

Missed Deliveries Once your order leaves our facility, we encourage you to monitor your delivery updates closely. If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the package will be held at the nearest USPS location for pickup. Retrieving the package from that location is the customer's responsibility. EmDate is not liable for parcels that go uncollected.

Damaged in Transit If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at indulge@em-date.com as soon as possible. Include photos of the damaged items along with the expiry date found on the packaging. We will immediately initiate a trace with the courier. Should the date candies be unfit for consumption, a replacement will be sent once the trace is finalized.

Lost in Transit If your package appears to be lost, please get in touch with us at indulge@em-date.com right away. We will open a trace with the courier immediately and arrange a replacement as soon as the carrier confirms the package has been lost.

Storage Policy Our date candies are crafted from only the finest natural ingredients — no preservatives, no artificial additives. To keep them fresh and delicious, store them in a cool, dry place ideally between 68–74°F. For the best experience, we recommend enjoying them within 90 days of your purchase date.

Returns and Exchanges If you experience any issue with your order, please reach out to us at indulge@em-date.com with your order number within 3 days of receiving your delivery and we will do everything we can to make it right.
